Account and Data Deletion

Users of the NS Smart Home Automation mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Personal data that may be deleted includes:
- Email address
- Login credentials
- Any data linked to the user account

To request account and data deletion, users must send an email to:
nssmarthomeautomation@gmail.com

Subject line: Account Deletion Request

Account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7–30 working days, except where retention is required by law.
